Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sound! I bought this about one week ago and am in love with it, I play music from my smartphone and the sound quality is excellent really loud for such a compact thing. It also has other great features such as answering phone calls and an aux in cable so you can play music from devices which are not connected to the internet such as a radio or mp3 player. It's appearance is really nice I chose a bright blue colour with orange buttons which I though was cool and you can also pair them up for even more sound it is a good quality speaker for a budget price.

Q & A

I now have a second one. After the first one wouldn’t turn on, just constantly flashes red, so got a replacement and low and behold exactly the same thing. There must be a way to reset these things ? It Is supposed to come precharged, disappointed

How many speaker zero chill i.can connect togheter more than two or less

Dear Andre, The Zero Chill can be paired with another to make stereo sound. With a few steps, 2 speakers can be connected to 1 audio device. 1. Turn on speaker 1 (press and hold the “play/pause” button for 3 seconds). 2. Turn on speaker 2 (press and hold the “play/pause” button for 3 seconds). 3. On both speakers, press and hold the “X” and “O” buttons at the same time for up to 4 seconds and wait for a tone and the lights to blink green. 4. The speakers will begin to pair together. This will take a few seconds. 5. Tone prompt will indicate when speakers are paired together. 6. Choose “Zero Chill” from your device’s Bluetooth list. 7. Press the “play/pause” button on either speaker to listen to music. Press “X” and “O” together to toggle between stereo and mono modes. 8. Once paired, your speakers will recognize each other every time both are turned on. To disconnect Pair 2 mode, press and hold the “X” and “O” buttons for up to 4 seconds. Why does my jam speaker not work after being submerged in water for around 5 minutes?   I have had this speaker nearly 4 months and it’s done me good,however im not happy that the speaker is waterproof and after being in water it WILL NOT. Turn on

How do you charge it

How do I check the battery on my speaker

Dear Yoboyryan033, Please note that the battery level can be checked on the device connected to your speaker. Please also note that when the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 3 hours to get up to 22 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off. Kind regards, Jam Team

How do you tell when the speaker is turned on? The light doesn't come on and from looking at the spec sheet the power button has five functions. How does the power button work? Doesn't show up in the bluetooth browser either. Can't tell if it is working!
