This will be accompanying us on holiday as well, especially for use round the pool and in the room. Lightweight, sturdy and easy to use with a great sound.

It was a chore to open the bottom compartment to hook up the power cable. But more importantly, the volume level was much lower than the Classic Jam speaker from years ago.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from 1 is great, 2 is amazing. I started off with 1, and it was a great speaker with great sound for the money. After a few months with 1, i got another, and it honestly blew me away. The quick and easy pairing every time is amazing and the sound cannot be explained. Paired with my bass booster up to 100 and volume all the way up, it is almost as good as my stereo. With moderate use, i could get at least a week out of one charge, and it is great for shower use. Overall really good product, although it is hard to open the bottom at first.

(buy TWO) these units are amazing. but their real strength is when you have two of them. they pair together to give real stereo sound. and the sound is solid! i use these on my (almost) daily trips to the beach during the summer. they're tough, waterproof, and sandproof. buy TWO. you won't regret it.

The sound in all the ranges are far beyond the speaker's price, especially given its connectivity and physical properties (IP rating) If you're looking for a bass blaster, this might not quite be what you want. Don't get me wrong, it give depth, but it's not a woofer. What this delivers is surprising and clear sound up to high volume, given the speaker's price range.

I got a zero chill HX-P606 for my birthday in October after the battery has went dead I haven’t been able to charge it. It keeps blinking red. Can someone help me out.

Hello,  why can’t I pair the zero chill to both my iPhone and iPad.  I would like to use it on both without having to constantly delete the device from each of the apple products

Thank you for your question. This speaker can only paired to one device at a time. Once it pairs to it once, it will automatically attempt to that same device every time it is turned on, so the previous connection must be deleted in order to allow another connection.

Just received my 2nd warranty replacement zero chill. This speaker also won’t charge or turn on. Have been dealing with this since July. Very poor quality product! Why don’t they test their product before they send them out?so disappointed!

How to fix red light troubleshooting for jam zero chill

Thank you for your question. The red light will come on when listening to music through an aux cable. If you press and hold the play/pause button for 3 seconds then your product will go into pairing more where it will link red and blue. That's when you enable the Bluetooth on your device so that your speaker can connect to it. If the red light is just blinking without the blue light, it means that it needs to be charged. If this did not answer your question, please call us at 888-802-0040 for more troubleshooting.

There is a small tab on the bottom of the speaker. Firmly grasp the tab and pull outward. The cover is fitted snugly on the speaker.

How do I connect to two speakers with my jam Zero chill

Dear Karenlmobsby, To pair a Zero Chill with another Zero Chill speaker, please follow the steps bellow as per the instructions: 1. Turn on speaker 1 (press and hold the “play/pause” button for 3 seconds). 2. Turn on speaker 2 (press and hold the “play/pause” button for 3 seconds). 3. On both speakers, press and hold the “X” and “O” buttons at the same time for up to 4 seconds and wait for a tone and the lights to blink green. 4. The speakers will begin to pair together. This will take a few seconds. 5. Tone prompt will indicate when speakers are paired together. 6. Choose “Zero Chill” from your device’s Bluetooth list. 7. Press the “play/pause” button on either speaker to listen to music. Press “X” and “O” together to toggle between stereo and mono modes. 8. Once paired, your speakers will recognize each other every time both are turned on. To disconnect Pair 2 mode, press and hold the “X” and “O” buttons for up to 4 seconds. This will enter into pairing mode again. If either of your speakers has been previously paired to a device, or will not pair automatically, press and hold the “play/pause” and “X” buttons on both speakers for 5 seconds to activate pairing mode. We would advise you to fully charge your speaker, making sure that the light is solid red while charging, and use an alternative cable if needed. How do I check the battery on my speaker

Dear Yoboyryan033, Please note that the battery level can be checked on the device connected to your speaker. Please also note that when the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 3 hours to get up to 22 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the LED will turn off. Kind regards, Jam Team
