When paired the sound becomes much more immersive and helps greatly with sound quality. For the speakers size it is overwhelmingly powerful and overall exceeded expectations

I see that Scotty has the same issue that I have with charging their speakers. I just bought two and they have the same problem. Has anyone else had this issue and found a solution?

I cannot get my speaker to connect to any device. Turned it into a charger and now it wont even turn off. Need help with bletooth this device doesnt give you any instruction on how to connect to devices. Very dissapointed

Once turned on, the speaker will immediately search for a device to pair to. If a device has not been previously paired, the light will switch from blinking blue to blinking red and blue alternately. Enable Bluetooth on your device. From the Bluetooth menu, select “Zero Chill.” When the device and Zero Chill are connected, you will hear a tone and the LED light will turn solid blue momentarily then move to a slow blinking blue.

How to fix red light troubleshooting for jam zero chill

Thank you for your question. The red light will come on when listening to music through an aux cable. If you press and hold the play/pause button for 3 seconds then your product will go into pairing more where it will link red and blue. That's when you enable the Bluetooth on your device so that your speaker can connect to it. If the red light is just blinking without the blue light, it means that it needs to be charged. how long does it take to charge I don't know if i should buy it unless it can take less than 4 hours

Charge this speaker for about 3 hours to get up to 22 hours of play time.

Hello,  why can’t I pair the zero chill to both my iPhone and iPad.  I would like to use it on both without having to constantly delete the device from each of the apple products

Thank you for your question. This speaker can only paired to one device at a time. Once it pairs to it once, it will automatically attempt to that same device every time it is turned on, so the previous connection must be deleted in order to allow another connection.
