Terrible for the insane price.
Bought these a month ago and within the first two weeks the left side speaker stopped working. tried to get a refund or repair but the UK customer service is terrible. Definitely would not recommend.

The most durable headphones I’ve owned
I’m leaving this review for one reason only: my dog, on two separate occasions, tore apart both earbuds. I snapped the grey part back on, placed the button relatively close to the sensor, and they both still work. I’ve never had a pair of headphones that were worked over by a dog and lived to tell the tale. When they inevitably fall apart or stop working, I will definitely buy another pair.

One day only. Tried several times (including troubleshooting, but earbuds don't connect with each other. Only mono is visible.Light doesn't come on one of the headphones, so recharged in case, switching. Problem probably with case. Should not be this much trouble. Will return.

Great Product
Love my wireless headphones!! My only reason for not giving 5 stars is after a few months the charging case isn't working properly so it takes much longer to charge.

Unreliable Connectivity
Sound and comfort are great. Only issue, which in my opinion is a big one, is they are extremely inconsistent when it comes to connection. Some days they work pretty well. Some days i cant get them to stay connected for longer than 2-3 min at a time! For the amount of reviews that say the same thing i really hope they take this seriously and address this seeing as for a few bucks more you can get a solid true wireless earbud!

Great sound but some probably
Bought the about a 2 month ofter vacation and work great but they never stayed connected to my android A10E I had to reconnect then evry 3 minutes the longest time they stayed connected is 20 min the battery time is very short (time of battery:52 minutes and 26 seconds *was time 3 time and that the average I got * but besides that I love them the comfortable but thet the only problems I have

2 years and still working strong
I've had these earbuds for 2 years now. Though I cant seem to get them to sync to eachother I only use one at a time to let the other charge. All in all I have loved using them and will be passing them down to my wife who needs them more than I do

Buyer beware
I tried to leave a review regarding both the defective product I purchased along with the fact it took multiple attempts to contact customer service it took over 1 month for them to akwnoledge my attempts to make a warrenty claim. The company also stated my first review" didn't meat their guidlines" despite only politely describing my experience.

These may have been worth the price back in 2016 (when apparently it won the Red Dot Award for Design) but in 2020 there are better earbuds to be had at a fraction of the price. Compared to others in its price range, these are bulky, clunky, and frustratingly basic — no volume controls and only picks up phone calls in one earbud for starters! Unless you can find them for around ten bucks, not a smart purchase in the least.

Bad sound quality when volume high
Sound quality is poor when volume is high, earbuds took a while to pair together and couldn’t find phone at first but once this was done it connected much easier and faster. No where near as good as any other jam products I have tried.

Loved the sound but
Got these as a gift and they worked great for about a week. Now they they will not sink to each other. I tried all of the trouble shooting steps with no change. I dont use ear buds often. So they sat for a while (2 months). Now they are junk.

Great sound but unreliable
I love these earbuds! The sound is great and easy to use most of the time and battery life is great. I have had to replace the live true earbuds 5 times (paid for 2 pairs, 3 more were warranty replacements) because they do not like to sync with each other. The company is usually pretty responsive and I'm happy with my earbuds but I already need a replacement for my new pair of earbuds i bought about 2-3 weeks ago. TL,DR: Great sound and battery, until they stop syncing with each other.

Disappointed
I purchased these for work use, mainly for phone use. Only one ear works for the phone, for some reason, this was intended? I simply cannot use them to talk on the phone as those I am communicating with state that they cannot hear me. I have had to revert back to cable headphones. At the same time, I purchased a set of buds for a family member.1/5th of the cost, and these work perfectly, sound in both ears and no complaints from those I am speaking to on the phone.

Manufacturing issues
I have had these for about three years. They were a gift ,otherwise I had returned them by now..
Although the portable charging case seems to be promising coming even with a bluetooth port to charge other devices that simply is not the case.
0ne headphone charges well in comparison to the other and it's a serious constant issue . If you purchase these be prepared to have bluetooth sound for about 2/3 hrs and the rest of the time in mono mode *Shrug

Amazing product
Fantastic hedphones and perfect sound quality.

Need to pair 50% of the time. Sound isn't great
Always need re-pairing to iPhone for no apparent reason. Sound is mediocre at best. Smell like nasty chemicals months after. Not please even it was purchased on sale.

Not bad but expected more.
I got two pairs over Christmas. one as a gift to myself & the other one just in case i needed a gift for someone. So iv'e been using them for about 2 months now. At first, the sound was a little weird to me. The sound didn't seem as clear as my Sony wired ear buds that i bought for $7. Plus, I love my music LOUD & these are not as loud. I bought these to use at work & unfortunately my left earbud barely makes it to 3 hours. My right one does so i have to use that on Mono connectivity while the left one charges. I have not been able to connect just my left earbud alone. I have to read the manual to see if that's even possible. I've also noticed some tearing off the edge of the button on one of my earbuds & like i said i only use them for work & if they are not in my ears, they are in its case so i'm not too happy about that considering I have only had them for 2 months. Speaking about the case, I think that is my favorite feature because it keeps my phone going. Although it does not provide a full charge like the manual claims. Maybe 60% at most. The one complaint about the case is that it emits a weird odor when i charge it & that worries me quite a bit. I still have the second pair, so I am very tempted to use those instead just to see if they work better than the ones i use now. All in all, the earbuds are good, the case being a charger for the earbuds & battery pack for other devices is a plus but considering there are other JAM earbuds at the fraction of the cost of these & last up to 12 hours, are these really worth buying for $100? I'm not entirely sure.

Pretty good
Were a bit stubborn pairing at first, and required a good study of the instructions and YouTube videos to make sure I was doing everything correctly. Once paired they worked great. Lots of spare 'buds' which was a nice surprise. Really useful and stylish charging case.

Sturdy!
This is the 2nd pair that I’ve bought, I jumped the gun in buying a new pair because I managed to wash one of my earbuds, but to my surprise it still worked. They last about 4 hours per bud, which is perfect for my work day. They’re great for the price. Would recommend!

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book
Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

One of a sudden my right earbud’s volume dropped significantly. The left one works fine. I already restarted them, but it is still the same.
I am having the same issue -- the right earbud is significantly lower volume than the left. I've done the steps outlined above three times and it doesn't make one difference in the performance of the earbuds. This started happening earlier this week. Is there anything else which can be done to reset or correct this issue?

I have had 5 pair sound quality is great only problem I have had the left side has went out on them all
I had the same issue and I ended up finding the answer on a Best Buy blog - holding down the right side button to reset and re-pair the headphones worked. Periodically they do seem to lose connection but I'm always able to get it back using the reset.

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?
Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.
