Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated! I purchased the JAM Live True earbuds about a year ago. Actually, I purchased a set for someone else too. The sound quality is awesome. However, they don't seem to pair anymore and if they do pair, I can only hear out of the left earbud and my phone shows I'm connected to Jam Ultra (not Mono). This is very disappointing and frustrating! I paid a lot of money for them and I can't use them. In addition, when in the case, they always show red status, but seem to be charged?!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Less than 4 months, left ear bud started to come apart. Customer service never responded to multiple requests for help I made. The warranty is useless if you can't get anyone from Jam audio to respond and take responsibility. Now I'm having sync issues with the earbuds too. So.... that was a waste of money. It hasn't even been half a year of having these. Folks should be complaining to the better business bureau.

The Jam Tru sound so much better for music; rock, rap, jazz, etc. I use for Jams for music and the Beats are beaters for work as a wireless communications set. Easy to connect with a Pixel phone. Great for listening to Spotify.

However sometimes I just suffice with listening to only one ear because they will be stubborn and only connect to mono for some reason. Other times I can only connect both ears on my phone and my laptop struggles to connect both. If this can be fixed, I'd buy these again

Both worked. It was not given as an option at first. Then after 5 months the box stopped charging. The plug failed so a lot of money for a poor product. Very disappointed.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Technological issues Got the buds 2 months ago. Was very excited to use them. I work in a kitchen and the plan was to use them for answering phone calls while working. Often, The buds don't connect automatically to the phone. Often, which is the most annoying thing about the buds, while connected and playing something, the sound fades (not stopping and continues from where it left off) but the sounds on the buds fade, stop and resume playing. (while you missed a few seconds) Often, it's not charging one of the buds. The buds also randomly disconnect from the Bluetooth. The buds also dont stay put in the ear, they fell off several times, I lost one of them (but eventually found it) Would appreciate a reach out from the company

Why do my earbuds keep disconnecting during play? (They are both fully charged & the bluetooth device is close) These earbuds are brand new & I'm starting to regret the purchase.

We are sorry to hear this. Please try to reset the earbuds using the following steps: 1. Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. 3. Press and hold the multi-function (JAM) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button once one each earbud to turn them on, allow the earbuds 10-15 seconds to power on. 5. Quick press multi-function (JAM) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 30-60 seconds to connect to each other. 7. Turn Bluetooth on; on the device you want to connect to. 8. Select the Jam earbuds in available devices. If this does not resolve the issue, please return the earbuds to the place of purchase.

I'm having trouble using both of the EarPods at the same time. They're both connected to my device, but the audio switches sides. What can I do about that? E.g resetting them and how could I go about that?

Please attempt to reset the earbuds, if this does not work please contact us back. 1. This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue. have paired the headphones to my Phone and only one earbud is working. Specifically the left one. The right one shows it’s charging in the case, but when I take it out in attempt to pair the bud. Nothing is happening. No light or sound at all.

Thank you for your question. To charge your earbuds, place them into the portable case. The red LEDs show that they are charging. If the red LEDs do not appear when placed in the case, adjust the earbuds to make sure they are in line with the charging contacts. When fully charged, the LEDs will shut off. To charge the portable case, plug the small end of the micro USB cable into the micro USB port, located on the right side of the case. The LED on the case will show solid red when charging. When the portable case is fully charged, the LED will shut off.

I have two pairs of the these and both have recently developed problems. The one pair, it appears only one earbud is connecting. The other earbud just beeps. The other pair plays things a really low level and the quality is subpar.

I bought these back in December of 2018 and the last 3 months I have static when I use them. The first 3 months there were great once I got pass the pairing to each other, but the quality has gone down since. What would cause this?

How do you know when the case needs charging?  I know you get about 15 charges for the buds, but is there any indicator that the case charge is getting low on power other than going to charge the buds and finding the case is dead?
