Rated 3 out of 5 by from Easy to use but a lot of interference These are portable and easy to use, however I have noticed a crackling sound in the left ear when the music is played at a low volume which is annoying.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Basic but does what it’s supposed to The user/set up guide was useless. I could not understand them and two other people who i showed them to. I challenge ANYONE, to work out how to use them if they have no prior knowledge of this type of product

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not comfortable, not working There is a background noise in the pair I bought. Pretty much unusable. If you ever lie down or lean back to the side of your head, these have a plastic loop sticking up above the rear piece, which pokes the upper part of your ear. I don't understand why it's there.

I'm hearing a little noise in the left earbud, like an interference, it's that normal?

Same annoying thing, this is worse than a $5 china earpiece! Can you email me how to rectify this?

How is the cord adjustable? I cant find anything that tells me how to change the length. Are they meant to be adjustable or are you saying you can get the cord in different lenghts before you buy?

Asked by: possibleidiot
You can apparently use the little magnet on the left side and stick it to the side of the battery/control. There is a small round indentation on the side of the controls where the magnet "snaps" in

Bought Live Loose earbuds yesterday and got a continuous crackling on one earbud. I'm pairing it with an iMac. iPhone is not even recognizing Live Loose Bluetooth.

Asked by: Quintus
We are sorry to hear this. The earbuds will pair with one device at a time. You would need to delete the paring from your iMac and then pair with your iPhone. Unfortunately, there is no troubleshooting to correct the crackling sound you are hearing. Please return the earbuds to the place of purchase.

will these headphones connect to my chromebook?

Asked by: jenna
Thank you for your question. The earbuds can connect to any device with Bluetooth capability. If you are connecting to a computer, you may have a few more steps in the end. You'll have to get that information from the computer company.
