Set2 snapped as I was putting them on my head (common fault per other reviews.).set3 right ear loose-awful noise when the noise cancelling function is used. Also, the right ear doesn't play any sound when wired which is bizarre since it works over Bluetooth. I don't want to go and get a fourth pair as honestly I'm sick of faffing now. If this pair gets any more I obviously will have to. But in the meantime I'll be emailing jam directly with my feedback.

As theses are used for work and gym they see a bit more use than my production headphones, but nothing bending the band.

Love these headphones, but suddenly the bluetooth is not working. I hold down the button for 3 seconds and there is no sound, my phone is not able to pair... How can I troubleshoot this to get my bluetooth functioning again?

Hello, I want to use these while watching tv in bed. Will they work with a tv? I don't use Bluetooth.

Thank you for your question. You can use these headphones with your TV if you are connected through the audio cable that it comes with. Yo may have an issue connecting the headphones through Bluetooth, which is why we do not recommend.

Blue light indicates 7+ hrs of battery and red blinking 2 hrs-7. Solid red really low
