Soon, the mesh started ripping off the earbud slowly, and now one of my earbuds are charging but can't turn on.

Yes you read the title right,these are so good that it blows the AirPods out of the water.My friend has AirPods and I used them and wasn’t impressed but when I bought the Jams Live True and tried them out,they sounded so good and terrific bass,would definitely recommend them

How do I get one bud off of the mono option? I can't seem to get them to sync back together.

Thank you for your post, it sounds like you need to give the earbuds a little more time before connecting them to your device. After removing the earbuds from the case allow 30-60 seconds, this will allow the earbuds to connect to each other. If you are still having issues please contact our consumer relations department. The left earbud doesn't make the same amount of sound compared to the right earbud. I've looked at the sound balance from my computer and it says there is an equal distribution of sound. They worked well up until now. What do I do?

Phone calls, FaceTime, and Siri are heard only through 1 earbud (mono). If using your earbuds in stereo, they will automatically switch to mono once a call is accepted or Siri is activated.

To charge the case, it is needed 5 V and 1 A. But a common charger from smartphone outputs 1.67 A is it a problem?

No. The amount of amps is not a factor with these. Anything over one amp is fine, and if your case isn't fully discharged it may not even take one amp. Now volts are critical and need to be close to 5V. But all USB outlets, including your computer and 3rd party chargers, are all 5v.

How do I get both earbuds in sync for music

When you take the earbuds out of their case, they will automatically sync to each other, and the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick-flash blue.If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/pause” button on both earbuds at the same time.This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue.

I have noticed the earbuds lose their charge when kept in the charger for over a week even though it was fully charged and I have not used them.  Is this normal?  Other wireless earphones I have owned maintain their charge.

Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking them out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.

I have no question about pairing the earbuds. However, when I am making the phone call, I can only hear the voice in one side of earbud and one inside of mic. It is working in playing music but not making phone call.

I have been having trouble with my headphones. There is a decent delay between the audio coming out of the headphones and the video that I am watching. Is there a way to reduce or even erase that delay.?

Unfortunately the answer is no.. For the most part. Bluetooth 5.0 fixes those issues, but as of yet there are hardly any headsets with 5.0

Only one of my earbuds is connecting and working, if my left one works, my right one doesn’t and vice versa. I’ve been using them all week fine, just started happening today. They are all charged up.
