Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible Ear Pods. Buy at your own risk! Just bought a pair of Jam Live True Ear Pods and couldn’t be more disappointed. I’d be happy if they worked. I spend more time trying to connect to my iPhone X than listening to music! Before I bought these I used LG Plus headphones I’ve owned and used on a daily basis for over the last 5 years + and finally last month the left ear bud is starting to die. Never have I ever had such a problem connecting. Sometimes it will connect but only 1 ear pod and I have to turn it off and on, put it in the case remove it, turn Bluetooth on and off, ect. I’ve googled solutions but it’s trial and error, mostIy error. I use Bluetooth on almost all my devices and this is ranked all time worst. It’s 2019 for god sakes what is this companies problem? They’re also heavy and gigantic, the pods barely fit my ear and the sound quality is that of a 1998 Nokia cell phone. Don’t expect a good experience with these ear pods. They’ve become my emergency headset that’s not even good for emergencies. Getting a refund ASAP.

Trying to set my earbuds up...I've read all of the comments and done all of the steps, yet my earbuds still will not pair together. It's either the left one or the right one-never both

Turn the Bluetooth off on the device you are wanting to pair the Jam Live True earbuds to (also make sure all other Bluetooth is off in the area you are trying to pair). 2. Take the earbuds out of the case. 3. Press and hold the multi-function (Jam) button for 3 seconds on both earbuds to turn them off. 4. Press multi-function (Jam) button once one each earbud to turn them on. 5. Quick press multi-function (Jam) button twice to put earbuds in pairing mode. 6. Give the earbuds 60 seconds to connect to each other. 7. Turn on Bluetooth on the device you want to connect to. 8. Thank you for your question. We do not recommend using these earbuds to connect to a bluetooth TV. These earbuds were intended to just be used with phones or computers with Bluetooth.

If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/pause” button on both earbuds at the same time.This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds.Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue. Received my jam ultra earbuds.  Purchased these to use with my TV.  Got them paired to my satellite on the first try.  Only problem is that they are to loud. How can I turn the volume down. I’ve looked in the instruction booklet and see nothing about it.

Thank you for your post, it sounds like you need to give the earbuds a little more time before connecting them to your device. After removing the earbuds from the case allow 30-60 seconds, this will allow the earbuds to connect to each other. If you are still having issues please contact our consumer relations department. Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

Thank you for your question. The headphones will disconnect automatically if they are idle for too long (not playing any music), if they travel too far away from the device they are connected to, or if the battery on them is depleted.
