Rated 1 out of 5 by from Won't charge dont connect well I got this less then two weeks ago connecting them is not intuitive and they cut out randomly sound quality is great however I have to hold the right earbud in place for it to charge which is super annoying and inconvenient I'm thinking of putting a pice of sill pity or tape in it just to keep in place super annoying

The left earbud doesn't make the same amount of sound compared to the right earbud. I've looked at the sound balance from my computer and it says there is an equal distribution of sound. They worked well up until now. What do I do?

Phone calls, FaceTime, and Siri are heard only through 1 earbud (mono). If using your earbuds in stereo, they will automatically switch to mono once a call is accepted or Siri is activated.

To charge the case, it is needed 5 V and 1 A. But a common charger from smartphone outputs 1.67 A is it a problem?

No. The amount of amps is not a factor with these. Anything over one amp is fine, and if your case isn't fully discharged it may not even take one amp. Now volts are critical and need to be close to 5V. But all USB outlets, including your computer and 3rd party chargers, are all 5v.

How do I get both earbuds in sync for music

When you take the earbuds out of their case, they will automatically sync to each other, and the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick-flash blue.If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/pause” button on both earbuds at the same time.This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds. Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue.

I have noticed the earbuds lose their charge when kept in the charger for over a week even though it was fully charged and I have not used them.  Is this normal?  Other wireless earphones I have owned maintain their charge.

Yes, a quick double press of the center button on each earbud will make them forget the pairing and start looking for each other again.

how do I pair booth buds at the same time ????? they always pop up at as....... jams / jams mono... never pairs at the same time just left or right

Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking them out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.

Only left earbud plays music both earbuds work to pause and play music but only left one has audio..i have tried pairing them to eachother and have tried unpairing it from device and repairing everything and still no audio from right bud but still pauses

I have no question about pairing the earbuds. However, when I am making the phone call, I can only hear the voice in one side of earbud and one inside of mic. It is working in playing music but not making phone call.

I have been having trouble with my headphones. There is a decent delay between the audio coming out of the headphones and the video that I am watching. Is there a way to reduce or even erase that delay.?

Unfortunately the answer is no.. For the most part. Bluetooth 5.0 fixes those issues, but as of yet there are hardly any headsets with 5.0
