They were very easy to set up: they paired automatically with each other and had no problems pairing them with my iPhone. They come with different rubber ends to you can find the one that best fits your ear without falling - I am still testing them all to see which one is best for me. the sound is perfectly fine and I like not getting tangled with cables.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Rubbish fit I've had these for a month now and giving up. Maybe I have funny shaped ears but they just keep on falling out. Especially if you talk with them in. I've tried different fittings also - no good. Sound is ok. Pairing a bit faffy. None of the functions matter of they don't stay in your ears though! Disappointed and would not recommend.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

Why can't I pair both of my headphones to each other to listen to music out of both headphones? Or even make a call and hear out of both of them?

Appears to be a common problem. 1. Turn off your bluetooth sources. 2. Turn off your buds by either holding the button till the turn off or place them in the case. 3. Turn them both on by taking the out of the case or by pushing the button on both of them once quickly. 4. Press the button on both of them twice quickly. They should pair then, if they don't repeat the process.

My left earbud connects to my phone but constantly reconnects and it makes a noise that sounds like droplets, several in a row then reconnects

Have a pair of these for about 6 months now and the right ear bud will no longer pair with the left ear piece.. was working up until about a week ago... love these and want to get it working again to listen to music on the go...

If your earbuds don’t sync to each other automatically, quick double-press the “play/pause” button on both earbuds at the same time.This will put your earbuds into sync mode, and the LEDs will pulse blue. Once connected to each other, the LEDs will turn solid blue for 5 seconds.Your earbuds will then go into pairing mode and begin searching for a Bluetooth device, and the LEDs will quick flash blue. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-802-0040 for assistance.

How do I get one bud off of the mono option? I can't seem to get them to sync back together.

Thank you for your post, it sounds like you need to give the earbuds a little more time before connecting them to your device. After removing the earbuds from the case allow 30-60 seconds, this will allow the earbuds to connect to each other. If you are still having issues please contact our consumer relations department.
