Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sound! I got the pink version for my birthday. I absolutely love having wireless headphones. I wish they would have come with a little plastic clip to wrap around the ear because even with the different earbud size pieces, they still fall out all the time. The main issue I have is that they seem to fall out of sync with each other and then I only hear through one earbud. Don't give up if this happens! The manual tells you how to reset them/repair them. It can be a little frustrating but the convenience is worth it. They have a great sound quality - good bass support.

Charge case works well however make sure you wiggle the buds until the red light comes on. Connectivity is a bit of a let down. Wearing my head phones while walking with my phone in my pocket for some unknown reason disconnects from time to time. Its usually when moving arms or carrying a carrier bag. Apart from this they are a prity decent item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Does not charge - requires constant monitoring Received replacement models of the Jam Ultra wireless buds, only for them to have the same problem. The charging unit has a tough time matching up with the headphones in the case- therefore I have to constantly tap or adjust the headphones to get them to charge. Not ideal, especially if all you want t do is pop them in for a run, only to realized the unit was never charging at all. VERY frustrating.

Sometimes i forget i have them in the are really comfortable. The features are helpful with pausing and changing the song, all of the above.

Can you use just one earbud and leave the other in the case?

Actually yes keep one in the charger n only press the button on one n go to Bluetooth n it’s gonna say live mono n connect

Why would the headphone disconnect after 2 mins of being conecting?

This happens to me also, but if I only use the left earbud it will work fine. Only when I connect bothe does this happe , what is going on??

True live ear buds brought my brother from USA when he is visiting us! ear buds excellent sound quality!! my problem is the ear buds never pair each other! either jam ultra works or jam ultra works!! unfortunately it never pairs even i fallow manual book

Turn off phones Bluetooth. Then press buttons on both headsets either two or three times..they should pair just fine.

How do i make the case to charge my phone. My phone uses a usb-C charger and i have the cable for it. But after fully charging the case then connecting it to my phone nothing happens. Is there something i'm not doing ?

I have a pair of these I got about 2 months ago. They pair to each other then my phone, but when I start to play music the right one crackles and shuts off. I really love these headphones can anyone help me figure out why they are doing this?
