The response from Jam tech support: "Unfortunately, this is how the product was designed to save battery life. There isn't any way to override this."

I usually work anywhere from 9 to 11 hours in a day and I was looking for a pair of wireless headphones that aren’t too expensive and also had good sound quality and battery life. These headphones were exactly that. They are a little bulky in the ear and can rub a bit if you have a small ear but they work well for me and get the job done. Would be nice with a battery level indicator but otherwise a solid buy

I am not able to use the headphones for hands-free calling. I am able to listen to audio (voicemails, music, etc) without a trouble. Can anyone help me out?

Stat the hook up cycle again, and locate the Bluetooth device on your phone, then select it.

Just bought my headphones followed the instructions to charge. The red light goes off. But when I try to connect it to Bluetooth nothing. It never blinks red and blue it just does nothing. Anyone else have this problem?

Thank you for your question. You must long press the play/pause button for 3 seconds to power on the earbuds. Then it will go into pairing mode and connect to your Bluetooth device. If you need further assistance connecting, please contact us by email: cservice@jamaudio.com

Lately I've started having issues pairing LiveFast earbuds with Iphone. Once into phone's bluetooth, I turn earbuds on but it remains not connected. I've removed/reloaded, but it still won't connect. Is there an internal battery that I need to replace?

What can I do if the charging port on the headphones is broken?! I receive those for a Christmas gift and did use them until yesterday but I noticed when I tried to connect the up to charge the didn’t charge!
