I am having the same problem that a lot of reviewers have reported - the speaker is charged, shows it is paired, but no sound?

My speaker keeps making a noise. I thought it was because the battery was low but after I charged it, it continued to make the noise.

Is the hang up series Wi-Fi compatible?

How good is the quality on the waterproof point?

I read where it turns off if not used in 2 minutes. To clarify, if I'm using during a shower, must I touch something every two minutes to keep it going?

Thank you for your question. As long as it's connected and playing music from your Bluetooth device, it will stay on. If its connected but not playing any music from your Bluetooth device, it will power off after 2 minutes due to inactivity.

what’s the blue part on the bottom for

I just bought the jam hang up speaker and it’s not working idk why it isn’t, there’s a solid red light while it’s plugged up but when I disconnect it from the charger it doesn’t work theres not light

When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 8 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off. If the speaker is not working after being charged, please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-802-0040 for assistance.
