Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible speaker pick something else! Bought this after reading all the reviews which seemed positive. I fiddled with it for an hour after charging for 5hrs. The red light was still on after 5hrs saying it was still needing a charge after all that time! Then when l tried to turn it on it wouldn't even turn on! I'm tech savvy & can set anything electronic up, but this speaker was not having any of it. I returned it that day. Got another brand. Disappointed is an understatement. Please pick something else for your own sanity!

I just bought the jam hang up speaker and it’s not working idk why it isn’t, there’s a solid red light while it’s plugged up but when I disconnect it from the charger it doesn’t work theres not light

When the LED flashes red, it indicates that the battery is low and it’s time to plug in and recharge. Charge for about 2 hours to get up to 8 hours of play time; while charging, the light will stay solid red. Once fully charged, the light will turn off. If the speaker is not working after being charged, please contact Consumer Relations at 1-888-802-0040 for assistance.

Sorry if this has been said before but I have tried charging my JAM which I just got last week, for a couple days either plugged into my computer or a jack in the wall but nothing is working. Red light is still on and the device doesn’t turn on. What now?

Can I reuse the sticky pad? If I stick it to the fridge can I remove it to then stick in the bathroom?

As customer services completely missed the point of your question, I shall answer it instead lol In short, yes!...you can indeed stick it to one surface, peel if off and stick onto somewhere else, this can be repeated.

Jam hangup speaker is paired to phone and I can see that it is able to control volume but no sound is coming out of speaker. What should I do to fix this issue.

I have a problem with my speaker, I turn it on but the speaker majes no sound, but I can see the blue light soo I know that is on and is fully charged

My speaker has been plugged in and charging however the light has not turned off and it’s been plugged in overnight. It will not turn on either.
